Terms and Conditions for Interview Coaching Services
Effective Date: 25/04/2026
1. General Terms
1.1. Service Fees:
· 5-Hour Program: $600 for five (5) 60-minute sessions.
· 4.5-Hour Program: $540 for three (3) 90-minute sessions.
· Independent Sessions: $150 for a single 60-minute session or $225 for a single 90-minute session.
· Interview Toolkit: $75. Delivered as a document by email within 12 hours of receiving the client’s information via Google Forms.
· All payments must be made in advance of the scheduled session or program.
1.2. Session Validity: All purchased sessions must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
1.3. Platform: All coaching sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in the session.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
2.1. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session up to one (1) hour before the scheduled start time without penalty.
2.2. No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend the session at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
2.3. Program Cancellations: If a client cancels their sessions, they will be charged 50% of the total program price, less any transaction fees incurred.
3. Session Transfers
3.1. Clients may transfer unused sessions to another person by providing prior written notice.
3.2. Transferred sessions are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as the original purchase.
4. Recording and Confidentiality
4.1. Session Recording: Clients may record sessions locally to their computer using Microsoft Teams.
4.2. Prohibited Distribution: Any recorded material, including session content and materials provided by www.interviewcoach.me, must not be shared or distributed publicly, including on social media platforms, email, or YouTube.
4.3. Confidentiality:
· Client Information: www.interviewcoach.me will not share or distribute any information disclosed during the session, whether sensitive, intellectual property (IP), or non-sensitive, without the client’s explicit consent.
· Coach Materials: Clients must not use or distribute any proprietary materials or resources provided during the sessions for purposes beyond personal use.
· Approved Third Parties: In the creation or refinement of coaching materials, www.interviewcoach.me may use OpenAI, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams. These are the only third parties to which client information may be shared, and only for the purpose of delivering or enhancing the coaching service. Other than these specified services, www.interviewcoach.me does not share client information with any third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
www.interviewcoach.me will not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the advice, guidance, or recommendations provided during coaching sessions. The client accepts full responsibility for their actions following coaching and acknowledges that success in interviews or career progression is not guaranteed.
6. Disputes and Refunds
6.1. Refunds for unused sessions are not provided unless required under program cancellation terms (see section 2.3).
6.2. Any disputes or issues must be raised within 14 days of the session or purchase.
7. Modifications
www.interviewcoach.me reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or the website. Continued use of the services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
